Born and raised in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, I’m quite the avid mountain-goer-country-music-lover. I’ll rarely turn down a ski day or a challenging hike. To recharge after some quality outdoors time, you’ll most likely find me listening to the latest T-Swift album.
I am most grateful to the friends and family who encourage my growth every day with hearty laughs, delicious food, and invaluable community.

Kayla is a dance-theatre artist, fitness motivator, and environmental activist. She earned a BFA in Drama from NYU Tisch School of the Arts with minors in dance & producing, and certificates in Personal Training and Corrective Exercise from the International Sports Sciences Association.
Her original choreography, “In 50 Years,” examines the intersection of climate change and collective social trauma via dance, music, and spoken word. The piece presented in festivals including Move to Change, Nasty Women Unite, and NYCFringe. Other performance and choreography credits include: "Hot Lips" (NACHMO Productions), "Crossing Nature" (Move to Change Festival), “We’re All Immigrants” (Reaction Dance Company), “Tanya’s Lit Clit” (Experimental Bitch Presents), and “Check All That Apply” (WestFest Dance Festival).
As a fitness motivator, Kayla pulls from her formal dance training and yoga practice. Kayla led workouts in private homes and commercial gyms before launching her own online service, where she now guides clients in exercises for balance, range of motion, posture, and alignment.
Her environmental advocacy includes former employment with GrowNYC, where Kayla collected food scraps for compost, and volunteer work with organizations like Broadway Green Alliance.
